Project Overview

Balancing emotional warmth with strict medical and legal authority.

Nurtured Path is a dedicated surrogacy agency that guides people through the complex journey of family-building. They needed a complete digital presence that felt highly professional, yet deeply empathetic and safe. The biggest challenge was that the website had to serve two very different groups at the exact same time: Intended Parents (looking for agency services) and Surrogates (looking to apply to the program). The goal was to build immediate trust and make a heavy, emotional process feel clear and actionable for both audiences.

The Approach

Architecting clear user journeys and a calming visual identity.

I started by designing a brand-new logo and establishing a calming, trustworthy visual tone. To solve the dual-audience challenge, I mapped out the information architecture carefully. I designed distinct navigation paths and targeted calls-to-action (CTAs) so that both Intended Parents and Surrogates could easily find their specific requirements without getting confused. I then developed the full site in Framer, using split layouts to organize dense medical and legal information into digestible, user-friendly sections, and adding team sliders to humanize the agency staff.
