Younique Building Group is a luxury custom home builder known for high-quality craftsmanship and timeless design. They needed a massive website redesign to clearly showcase their custom homes, real estate listings, and renovation services. Because they also run a sister company, Younique Kitchen & Bath, the project scope doubled. Aside from their existing logo and branding, everything else needed to be built from the ground up. I was tasked with writing the copy, planning the website structure, optimizing the visual content, and designing the layouts for both brands.

The Approach

Building a unified design system to launch two complex websites efficiently.

To handle this massive scope, I started by organizing the information architecture to ensure users could easily find whether they wanted to build, buy, or renovate. I wrote the website copy and designed a clean, modern layout that highlighted their high-end architectural photography. After completing the main Younique Building Group website, I used that same premium design language to build the second website for their Kitchen & Bath division. By setting up a smart design system in Framer, I was able to keep both sites looking perfectly unified while developing them at top speed.
